hyperAh voilà que je pouvais ici déchainer la puissance de Fast Tracker II grâce à mon nouveau Pentium 120 en gonflant de samples, près de 3mo et de nombreux patterns afin de réalisé le mégamix ultime comprenant un nombre impressionnant de titres des années 90 :

Bon quitte à ce que mon dernier titre, Bouge ton Cul, ressemble à Power of an American Native du groupe Dance 2 Trance, pourquoi ne pas en faire un petit remix tout simplement ?? En faisant quelques fouilles sur le net, je m’aperçois en fait que le groupe Dance 2 Trance, n’est autre que Rolf Elmer dit Jam El Mar qui compose également pour des groupes plus connus tel que Jam & Spoon et Tokyo Ghetto Pussy.

So, as my last song « Bouge ton cul » was similar to American Native from Dance 2 Trance, i’ve decided to simply created a remix of that song. In searching on the Web, i’ve discovered that the band Dance 2 Trance, was in face Rolf Elmer, most known as Jam El Mar who aslo have written the music of Jam & Spoon and Tokyo Ghetto Pussy.

Mc Piet (Martin) Scream Tracker III – 80386 DX 40 – S3M

Mes fouilles dans les répertoires de modules de mes CDs PC Fun donnèrent à des morceaux très singuliers, c’est le cas de ce « Bouge ton Cul » composé en ce jour de Noël 1995. La base vient tout d’abord d’un module de 1994 de Blue Adonis – Back Off et d’un titre également du nom de Bouge ton Cul tracké par un français du nom de Mc Bidule… Bouge ton cul, est évidemment une réference au titre techno qui cartonne alors en cette fin d’année 1995 en Belgique : Scooter – Move your ass. Coté musicale, c’est plutôt un plus ancien titre techno qui m’a également inspiré la mélodie : Dance 2 Trance – Power of an American Native….

Bref, une fois de plus j’offrais là un morceau de Hardcore bien belge !

Vous pouvez également constater qu’il s’agit de mon premier morceau au format .S3M. Ce n’est pas vraiment un choix personnel en réalité. La base du titre de Blue Adonis était dans ce format, et une fois sauver en .MOD mon fichier foirait complètement les samples…

Searching in the CDs of PC Fun let propose singular creations i made, as this song written the xmas day of year 1995. The base of the track came from a older module written by Blue Adonis in a demoparty and called Back Off. I also use idea of the « Bouge ton Cul » from a song of a youg french tracker called Mc Bidule. « Bouge ton cul » is sure a reference of the european hit of Scooter – Move your ass… About the melody i probably don’t have first take care that i was starting on the an older techno song : Dance 2 Trance – Power of an American Native. So i once again propose a typical Belgian Hardcore.

May be did you mention that it’s my first .S3M song file format ? That was not a personnal choise. The base track from Blue Adonis was in .S3M and when i saved my work in 8tracks .MOD, all the samples crashed.
