Comme vous aurez pu le constater, je suis amateur de musiques de jeux, et je dois bien dire que depuis une émission passée à la télévision au début de l’année 2000 présentant un remix de Bomberman et Bubble Bobble, je suis devenu accroc aux remix de musique de jeux vidéo. C’est d’ailleurs grâce à cela que je suis devenu un accroc du web, pendu sur OCremix télécharger comme un fou au cyber café !! J’ai donc très rapidement commencé à me faire mes compilations Overclocking Traxx.
Historiquement, les compilations Overclocking Traxx (tirée du site Overclocked Remix) étaient réalisée pour mon frère Sylvain, qui n’avait à l’époque pas internet… Certains titres se retrouvaient donc parfois sur une compilation suivante, quand je la destinais alors pour moi !

Ce matin, je ne pouvais que constater l’état pitoyable de nos comptes en banque, en ce pourtant 8 juillet ;( … Tout cela pour dire que pourtant les mois passant je vois souvent des CDs de musique qui me font de l’oeil. Pas ce genre de musique que l’on écoute à la radio … Pas ce genre de musique que l’on se télécharge de manière illégale, pour une rapide et éphémère consommation… Non de la musique qui mérite un petit plus… d’en posséder un jolie CD, une belle boite,… pour l’avoir en bonne qualité… Bref, j’ai envie de vous présenter 2 CDs assez similaire : C64 Orchestra Run 10 enregistré par l’ensemble Ricciotti néérlandais ainsi que Symphonic Shades, hommage au talentueux compositeur Chris Huelsbeck (Bande son de Giana Sister, Turrican,..) interprété par l’orchestre WDR Radio de Cologne et la chorale Filmharmonic de Prague. C’est deux albums sont produits par Maz Sound.
